On the occasion of the World Osteoporosis Day, held on 20 October, the Israelite Hospital of Rome will hold the sixth edition of the (H) Open Day promoted by the Onda Foundation, National Observatory on Health woman and gender.
The Jewish hospital, already awarded with two Pink Stamps for the care and attention to women’s health, will dedicate the day of Wednesday 20 October 2021 to women’s bone health with outpatient visits, screening for osteoporosis and dissemination of information material on the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.
With the support of the team of endocrinologists and gynaecologists of the Israelitico Hospital, led by Dr. Marzia Bongiovanni, Health Manager of the Polyclinic of Via Veronese, and by Dr. Bruna Coen, creator and manager of the Women's Path, the Israelite Hospital opens its clinics with free visits and osteoporosis screening for postmenopausal women. At the end of the visit, patients will be able to receive the clinical report and information material on osteoporosis.
