On November 27, 2025, the Interregional Scientific and Practical Conference "Osteoarthritis. Osteoporosis. Patient Management Algorithm" was held in Yaroslavl. Practicing physicians and healthcare providers from the Yaroslavl and Kostroma regions attended the event. At the beginning of the meeting, Marina Chernogorova, Acting Vice-Rector for Clinical Work and Regional Healthcare Development at the Yaroslavl State Medical University, PhD addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech. Lyudmila Alekseeva , PhD, Professor, and Scientific Consultant at the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology (Moscow) , Olga Ershova, PhD and Professor at the Department of Therapy named after Prof. E.N. Dormidontova, Institute of Continuous Postgraduate Education at Yaroslavl State Medical University, Vice President of the Russian Association on Osteoporosis and Ksenia Belova, MD, PhD, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare at Yaroslavl State Medical University, Vice President of the Russian Osteoporosis Association, and Chief Rheumatologist of the Yaroslavl Region Ministry of Health, participated in the conference.
The materials presented at the conference generated considerable interest among the audience. During an interactive session, conference participants were able to ask the leading experts in the field of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis many questions. Participants of the scientific and practical conference noted the high level of the organization of the event and the relevance of the materials presented. The knowledge and skills gained will undoubtedly be successfully applied in the practice of doctors, improving the quality of medical care for patients with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
