Join the Waitemata Fracture Liaison Service for World Osteoporosis Day on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, from 11am–1pm in the North Shore Hospital Main Foyer.
Come along to learn more about osteoporosis, bone health, falls and fracture prevention. Enjoy games, trivia, prizes and goodie bags, while learning simple ways to protect and strengthen your bones.
All Health New Zealand staff, patients, whanau and community members are welcome.
